01 Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Life Changers Ind. ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the Juicy mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App").
02 Definitions
2.1. "Account" means the personal profile created by a User upon registration.
2.2. "Content" means any text, image, video, audio, file, or other material transmitted through the App.
2.3. "User" means any individual who registers for or uses the App.
2.4. "Services" means all messaging, calling, and related communication functions provided through the App.
03 Eligibility
3.1. You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age of digital consent applicable in your jurisdiction, to use the App.
3.2. If you are a minor under the laws of your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3.3. By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
04 Account Registration and Security
4.1. Use of the App requires creation of an Account via sign-up, which requires submission of certain personal information (such as name, mobile number, email, date of birth, and profile photo).
4.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.
4.3. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to promptly update it as necessary.
4.4. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
4.5. Creating multiple accounts, impersonating another person, or providing false information is prohibited.
05 App Permissions
To provide its Services, the App requires certain device permissions. By granting these permissions, you agree to their use as described below. You may withdraw any permission at any time through your device settings; doing so may limit or disable corresponding Services.
Our collection, use, and storage of data obtained through these permissions is further governed by our Privacy Policy.
06 Connections and Communication
6.1. A connection between two Users may be established either (a) automatically, where both Users are found to be mutual contacts through the Contacts permission, or (b) upon mutual consent, where one User sends a connection request via search and the receiving User accepts it.
6.2. Communication features (messaging, calling, media sharing) are enabled only between connected Users.
6.3. Either User may terminate a connection at any time by removing or blocking the other User.
07 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- harass, threaten, defame, or intimidate any person;
- transmit unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or infringing Content;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- transmit spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising;
- access or attempt to access another User's Account without authorization;
- use automated means to access, scrape, or interact with the App;
- violate any applicable law or regulation.
We reserve the right to investigate violations and to remove Content, suspend, or terminate Accounts at our sole discretion, and to report unlawful conduct to competent authorities where required.
08 User Content and License
8.1. You retain all ownership rights in Content you transmit through the App.
8.2. By transmitting Content, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, transmit, and process such Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Services.
8.3. You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold all necessary rights to any Content you share and for compliance with applicable privacy and intellectual property laws.
8.4. The Company does not claim ownership of User Content and does not use it for advertising purposes.
09 Privacy
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes the categories of personal data we collect (including Account information, contact data, and Content metadata), the purposes of processing, and your rights regarding such data. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10 Intellectual Property
10.1. The App, including its name "Juicy," logo, design, source code, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of Life Changers Ind. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2. No right, title, or interest in the App is transferred to you, other than the limited right to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
10.3. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App without prior written consent.
11 Suspension and Termination
11.1. We may suspend or terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or harmful conduct, or as required by law.
11.2. You may terminate your Account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to any legal retention requirements.
12 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
13 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFE CHANGERS IND. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY CONDUCT OF THIRD-PARTY USERS.
14 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Life Changers Ind., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
15 Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting, push notification, or telecommunication providers) to deliver certain Services. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of such third parties, though we take reasonable steps to ensure their compliance with applicable data protection standards.
16 Modifications to Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the App or via registered contact details. Continued use of the App following such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
17 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
